Last updated: 15 February 2026

How We Use Artificial Intelligence

PureTensor Ltd employs AI and large language models in its managed AI infrastructure services and internal operations. This notice explains their usage in compliance with EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) Article 50 transparency obligations.

AI in Our Services

Private AI Platform: AI models are deployed on sovereign UK infrastructure for client inference workloads. Models are hosted locally; client data does not leave UK jurisdiction. Human oversight is maintained for all client-facing AI outputs.

Research and Analysis: AI assists with research aggregation, pattern recognition, and draft generation. All published content is reviewed and approved by humans before dissemination.

AI on This Website

No AI chatbot or virtual assistant is deployed. Website content is authored and reviewed by humans. No AI is used for automated decision-making with legal or significant effects on individuals.

Data Protection

AI models are hosted on UK infrastructure operated by PureTensor Ltd. No personal data is sent to third-party AI providers. Data is subject to the same protections described in our Privacy Policy.

Core AI Principles

Transparency: We disclose when content is generated or assisted by AI. Human Oversight: Critical decisions require human review and approval. Privacy: AI systems process data locally. We do not train models on client data without explicit consent. Fairness: We design and test AI systems to minimise bias. Security: Security best practices including access controls, monitoring, and audit logging. Accountability: A human is always accountable for decisions informed by AI.

Regulatory Awareness

We align with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, monitor the EU AI Act (Article 50 transparency obligations fully enforceable August 2026), and follow UK government AI policy developments.

Prohibited Uses

PureTensor does not develop or deploy AI for mass surveillance, autonomous weapons, election manipulation, unlawful discrimination, deceptive impersonation, CSAM generation, or circumvention of legal requirements.
