Data Provided Directly: Contact information (name, email, job title, company) collected via contact forms and emails. Business information collected during service onboarding. Communication records from correspondence.

Data Collected Automatically: Technical data (IP address, browser type, OS, device type) via web server logs. DNS and CDN data processed by Cloudflare Inc. Google Fonts CDN requests transmit IP addresses to Google LLC.

Third-Party Sources: Professional profiles from LinkedIn and company websites for business development.

4. How and Why We Use Your Data

Website Visitors: Responding to inquiries (legitimate interest), website operation and security (legitimate interest).

Clients and Prospective Clients: Providing services (contract performance), service scoping and proposals (legitimate interest), invoicing and payment (contract performance and legal obligation).

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with: professional advisers (legal, accounting) under professional confidentiality; IT service providers (Google Workspace, hosting) under DPAs; law enforcement where legally required; and regulatory bodies (ICO, Companies House) under legal obligations.

6. International Data Transfers

All core processing occurs in the United Kingdom. Where transfers outside the UK occur: EEA/EU transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations (EU decision renewed December 2025, valid through December 2031); US transfers rely on the UK-US Data Bridge (UK Extension to EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Website analytics: 26 months from collection. Contact form inquiries: 2 years from last contact. Client records: duration plus 6 years (Limitation Act 1980). Server logs: 90 days.
